However, if a customer receives material that is defective or does not match the product ordered, please contact Better Than Real Artificial Grass promptly so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution. Customers are encouraged to carefully confirm the product type, measurements, quantity, color, and specifications before completing their purchase.
